Parts & Service Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing all service reports to accurately describe work done.
  • Tracking technician's time and reconcile to electronic time stamps on work orders.
  • Proficiency in mechanical systems (transmissions, engines, hydraulics, etc.).
  • Processing orders for parts directly with customers at the counter and by phone.
  • Ordering parts from John Deere and other approved vendors when necessary.
  • Providing follow-up and escalation of back orders when necessary.
  • Shipping, receiving and stocking parts as needed on a daily basis.
  • Reviewing and editing repair orders daily as jobs are completed.
  • Opening all repair orders in the system and Maintain a "Repair Order Log Book".
  • Inspecting all machines upon completion of repair to ensure top quality work.

Position Summary:

The Credit Analyst/Account Manager will be responsible for analyzing credit data and financial information of persons or companies who are applying for credit and/or loans to determine the risk that the company may not recoup the funds loaned. The level of risk is then used to determine if the loan or line of credit will be granted as well as the terms of the loan, including interest rate. The Credit Analyst/Account Manager will prepare reports based upon their findings to assist in the decision making of lending and credit-worthiness. This role will require considerable interaction with remote sales representatives related to acquisitions.



Primary Functions:
 
  • Evaluating clients’ credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money.
  • Preparing reports identifying the degree of risk in lending money to clients.
  • Analyzing client records and using the data to recommend payment plans.
  • Conferring with credit associations and references to exchange credit information on clients.
  • Evaluating the financial status of clients by producing financial ratios through computer programs.
  • Filling out loan applications and including the credit analysis and loan request summaries, then submitting the loan applications to management for approval.
  • Helping supply chain and sales and marketing departments in managing financial orders to help them control credit exposure, make payments on time, and reduce the risk of customer disputes.
  • Conferring with clients to verify their financial/credit transactions and to resolve their complaints.

About the position

The purpose of this position is to sell, rent or lease compact construction equipment, meet customer needs while growing market share, maintaining acceptable levels of gross profit, and reaching sales targets.  This position is responsible for business development with established customers and developing new customers with continuous prospecting efforts. The Territory Manager will increase sales growth and market share within assigned territory by utilizing CRM Tools and executing the Territory Business Plan.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
 
  • Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts, record and close orders.
  • Manage and maximize rental conversions. Grow and develop customer relationships and loyalty to increase market share while building long term relationships.
  • Responsible for securing construction heavy equipment business by demonstrating products, assisting in technical presentations, offering consultative assistance in areas of machine specifications, attachments, etc. based on the customer and individual applications of machinery.
  • Meet or exceed company targets for units, dollars, and gross profit.
  • Manage designated territories and customers to maximize our presence on equipment purchases.
  • Work with current and potential customers to provide solutions to their equipment needs.
  • Attend training and meetings as required to stay up-to-date with equipment and deals.
  • Manage Territory to maximize sales coverage to achieve sales coverage goals.
  • Increase Hardline and Compact Equipment Market Share in assigned territory by making job site calls, office calls and attending associational meetings.
  • Expected to work well independently and communicate effectively with Sales Management and inside Sales Coordinators.
  • Execute Territory Business Plan and complete sales plans, sales reports, daily call reports, expense reports, and formulate bids on new and existing jobs and projects.
 
To be considered for the Territory Manager opportunity:
 
  • Candidates must be self-motivated, detail oriented individual who can work effectively with a variety of different people, have the ability to multi-task, is very organized, likeable and coachable.
  • Previous outside sales experience is preferred however a background with an industry related skill set, knowledge or experience will be considered.
